The ETHICS

My ethics of life and work has been constantly adapting to my experiences and the ones of my friends and all working partners, including coaching clients. Today it revolves around the following figures and “fields”:

Life-partners:

• Parents: the people with whom we first learn the meaning of power, authority, responsibility and, above all, love.
• Brothers/sisters and relatives: the people with whom we first learn to fight for power, or for love, or for both.
• Friends: the people with whom we first learn to choose freely.
• Colleagues: the people with whom we first project not only our family-schemes, but also their various unsolved “mysteries”.

Life-“fields”:

• Life: a trip we can fill with few or many changes (for anybody and anything we need, want, wish, dream of, etc.). Like for all trips, it’s important that we know our destination and get along with our fellow travellers.
• School: the environment where, besides the conventional learning, today we frequently have to deal with the one related to “diversity”.
• Work: the environment where personal settings, economic pressure and societal constellations can create all sorts of conflicts.
• Love: the top life adventure for which we can do anything, win something or lose everything.
