I started my professional path in the early 80’s as a change agent within the international cooperation for development. Through many different steps, I have naturally turned into what today is called a ‘behavioural change agent’ or ‘life-coach’. My dealing with a high number of different cultures, values and beliefs has meant learning to manage the many challenges of a multicultural dimension, at work and privately, and be open to lots of adjustments.
I have come to realize that, beyond gender, race, religion and social environment, three elements play a key role for most of us:

  • We have to make changes
  • We (may) have to manage (more and more) diversity
  • We can perform well, if we are truthful to ourselves.

Accordingly, this web-page addresses the needs of people who face changes in their professional or private life and look for support on their way to a harmonious balance with themselves.
The fact is that changes we do not really want, but still go for, create conflicts sooner or later. The same happens when we make changes that we want, but for which we are not properly prepared. We all know that.
What we sometime do not know is “how” to deal with any of that, or with all of it at once. Even more challenging is to manage changes in a way that is fair to us and to our partners, particularly when differences and their values are at stake.

Out of my experience, though, we can learn to make good changes and/or to turn diversity challenges into valuable experiences, when we understand what they mean. Similarly, we can avoid conflicts, or reduce the original gap of different perspectives for us and others, when we understand their sources.

My services as life-coach offer you support in:

  • preparing for changes
  • managing them, particularly if they entail a diversity component
  • making change happen while respecting your nature and your surrounding human environment as well.
