The Services
Life-balance:
- we will go through your resources (interest, things you are passionate about/of, emotional intelligence, etc.) and see how you have been “spending” them
- we will identify the “weights” in your life-choices
- we will find solutions matching to you in order for you to have a harmonious “life-balance”.
Life purpose:
- I will ask you (if you recall) what you wanted to do as an adult when you were a child
- we will look through the short-cuts and deviations you have made (= you chose) during your life trip and understand their meaning
- we will see where you really want to go from now on
- maybe we will redefine your destination, so that you don’t feel lost or bewildered anymore.
Who is Who:
- we will review the most important people in your life and see “who is who” and/or “who was who”
- you will end up seeing some of your fellow travellers from a totally different perspective: how and up to which point they have accompanied you
- you will understand better why sometimes you have gone another way and they couldn’t follow you, as much as you couldn’t follow them
- by reviewing “who is (was) who” in your life, you will find the thread, the sense of continuity, of your life-trip, despite the losses you may have had or caused.
You and New:
- we analyse any relevant upcoming change and see if (and how far) it is really good for you
- if this is the case, we will prepare you for that by selecting ways tailored on your strengths, so that you can handle whatever will come at your best
- to know how to rely on your strengths will enable you to handle better the almost inevitable challenges from your “weaknesses”.
Diversity management at work/school:
- we will start from what is good for you and what reassures you
- we will then look at how the diversity-factor you have trouble with has been affecting you
- we will “measure” the relevance in your life of this factor and see that your measurement is proportional to the case
- accordingly, we will take you through the steps that are necessary for you to meet this challenge and integrate its richness into your life and future practices in similar cases.
Diversity management in partnerships:
- we will look at you and your values and see which direction your private life has taken privately
- we will identify your “common ground “ with your partner, but also the areas of conflicts
- we will work on your conflicts and look for their sources
- we will “hear” what your language says beyond words
- we can practice a new way for you to communicate with your partner and expand the potential of your relationship
- if needed, we can do the same with your partner.
Out of conflicts:
- you will learn to look at conflicts as the emotional results of a “distorted” perception of what others say to, or about, you
- we will review your soft-skinned, sensitive, points
- we will practice what it takes for you to identify potential conflicts, or to get out of them without unnecessary “deflagrations” and/or emotionally costly losses of balance
- you will learn to see in conflicts great chances for your individual growth and how to use them as such
- if needed, we will practice apologies.
The Techniques:
- I work on the basis of a systemic perspective, which means that we will consider you within the system you are part of. As well, we will consider the issue you decided to handle with my help within the context it has arisen from: i.e. family, work, etc.
- The closest to my way of coaching is the so called multimodal approach which allows a great flexibility in using various tools and adapting them to the needs of the client.
- Some other tools are taken from the cognitive therapy practices because they demand lots of commitment from the client and commitment is a pre-requisite also for any serious change.
- Every session is somehow independent from the other(s) and at the end of each we will have a result, that you have identified as good and feasible. On that you can entirely work on your own.

- I coach within an holistic approach, so in an open, flexible and individual way, combining structure (your hold), variety (your essence) and harmony (your goal).
- My work is based on trust and respect of differences, lots of commitment and a good portion of humour.

Basic agreement:
- The 1st half hour is free of charge for new clients.
- If we agree on working together, you give me your personal data (name, address and telephone) and I send you our agreement.
- When our agreement is signed and back to me, our 1st session can take place.
- After the 1st regular session, you will receive my bill.
- Between one session and the next your payment should be credited to my account or paid in cash.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before an appointment.
- Last minutes cancellations will be charged to you as if the planned session had taken place.
- If you pay in a currency different than Euros, please make sure that you provide for the extra bank-charges.
